  1. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
    You'll receive a confirmation email from us once the deposit has been received.
  2. Money changers & ATM machines
    The nearby town of Chilaw 20 mins away by Tuk Tuk has all you need.
  3. What about airport pick up and drop off?
    Yes, easily organised. We'll let you the current rates on booking for: Hybrid car 1-2 guests with luggage Van 6-8 guests with luggage A detailed pick up point will be emailed if you require this service.
  4. When is High & Low season?
    We 2 very distinct season here, both have positives. During high season the beach in front is swimmable. During Low season, we love flying kites and using the pool more... High season: Oct 31st - APR 31st - Low season: May 1st - Oct 30th
  5. Whats included in the price?
    Wifi + the entire Villa or room in villa, whatevers applicable + a good breakfast consisting of a fresh juice, cut seasonal fresh fruit, toast and preserves, tea and coffee and hot either english or Sri Lankan breakfast. Our Sri Lankan breakfasts are always popular. Use of our Pool bar and outside kitchen.
  6. Do we need a visa to enter Sri Lanka?
    Check for your country here: Online visas prior to your arrival are easiest making a smooth transition through immigration when you arrive.
  7. What do we do for other meals?
    We have a great chef here at the beach house who will prepare anything for you during your stay. We have a menu for guidance as well.
  8. Can we cook for ourselves at the Beach House?
    Yes you can if you wish, we recommend using our fully equipped outside kitchen. They'll be a small fee for cooking charges, gas, electricity, any extra items you may need from us like spices etc.
